PDM is proud to have been an early supporter of Deval Patrick in 2006, and to have played a significant role organizing for his campaign across the state. But where do things stand, four years later?

Our commitment to progressive activism hasn't wavered. And at our January 24th open meeting, an overwhelming majority of the PDM members present saw endorsing and supporting Deval as one of our top priorities for the coming year. However, since then several members have raised the possibility of choosing not to endorse or even perhaps to endorsing Grace Ross.

On March 18th, pro and con opinions from the PDM executive committee were mailed to the entire PDM membership. Comments will be accepted at pdm-info@progressiveDemsOfMass.org, and they'll be posted here.

On March 28th, we'll have conference with the statewide coordinating committee (SCC) to make an endorsement.
