Susan Passoni is the progressive choice to fill the State Rep. seat in the 3rd Suffolk District (Boston's North End and South End) vacated when Sal DiMasi resigned.  Susan has won the endorsement of the Mass Alliance, the coalition of some two dozen leading progressive groups including PDM. 

She is facing a tough, but definitely winnable, Democratic primary contest on Tues., May 19.  Turn-out will be critical, and this is the kind of election where our grass-roots energy can make a critical difference.
